In Greek mythology, Kayrros is the god of opportunity, the younger brother of Chronos, the god of time and history.
Opportunity is at the heart of what we do. We were born at the junction of two historical trajectories: the climate crisis and the revolution in earth observation.
On the one hand, the urgency of climate action, the burning awareness that time is running out to avoid the most catastrophic effects of climate change.
On the other hand, the confidence that satellite imaging and AI provide us with the means to work out practical solutions to this predicament and lay the foundations of a more sustainable and equitable world.
